- 1 large Roma tomato sliced & diced
- 1 Tbsp diced onion
- 1 fresh lime, about 1 tbsp of lime juice
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1 pinch of pink salt
- 1/4 tsp peppercorns grounded
- 1/3 cup avocados
- 2 Tbsp Jalapenos sliced & diced
Start by mixing all ingredients together in a medium to large mixing bowl. It’s best to start with the tomatoes, juice, diced onion and your cilantro. For extra seasoning add salt, pepper, and the minced jalapeno. To complete this festive avocado salsa, don’t forget to toss in your diced avocados. Combine and serve!
