Perfect Pastrami Roll-Ups (low carb)

1 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
12 slices pastrami
12 dill pickle spears

How to:
In a mixing bowl, add spreadable cream cheese and blue cheese. Lay pastrami slices out and spread 1 tbsp cheese mixture on each slice, top with pickle spear. Roll up and cut each roll into 2-4 slices. Serve & enjoy!
